years’ experience in the health care sector. It was founded based on creating an innovative
approach to person-centred care.

Regina Muchunga (RGN)
Regina Muchunga’s the founder and registered manager of Pai Home care. As a registered Manager she ensures quality person-centred care is delivered in compliance with CQC regulatory standards.
With over 25 years of experience in the care industry, working both in acute and community settings she uses her expertise to manage all aspects of our day to day operations providing sound leadership to our staffing team whilst being a liaison between the company and family members.
In her free time, she enjoys watching tennis, going for walks and spending quality time with my family and friends.
